Warranties:
All items come with a 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise.
Any Item you wish to return must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, in its supplied packaging and be issued a Return Authorization.

High output alternators:
Five year repair warranty when installed by A.S.E. Certified mechanic.
One year repair warranty when installed by customer.

Alternator & Starter Kits:
Returned alternator or starter kits will asses a 15% restocking fee.

High output alternator S.R.E. assemblies:
One year warranty by our in-house service department.

Regulator/Rectifier units:
Regulator/rectifier and rectifier units for Outboards and personal water craft are warranted with a 1 year defective exchange.

Items that can not be Returned:
Alternator and starter kits that have been installed or partially installed.

Return procedure:
First go here to obtain your Return Authorization
Merchandise should be accompanied by a copy of  the original Invoice and carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
Make sure your package is displaying the issued RMA number on the outside of the box next to shipping label.

Please note:
RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (7) days from date of issue.
Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid via traceable means and any tracking information should be forwarded to us.
Any item returned showing signs of abuse or damage from improper installation will processed and be discarded.
No labor or inconvenience may be included in any repair claims.
